The Capstone is a realistic, end-to-end sales simulation completed at the end of Module 8. Learners receive an inbound lead profile with trade-in details, credit questions, and historical CRM notes. They must draft first-response communications, address pricing objections, write a compliant marketing asset, and complete a detailed safety audit log. Submissions are graded against an 8-point rubric. A failure in any safety area (such as quoting unverified rates or pasting PII) results in a failing grade.
